Major new updates to the @ Work digital platform make it smarter and easier to use. Now you can access Card programme data in one place for powerful insights to make better-informed decisions. Heightened security gives you access management control and a safer login experience. Plus, fully integrated Application Programming Interfaces (API) will save you valuable time and resources by automating repetitive tasks such as Card Applications.

Self-Service ‘My Settings’ Is Now Available
The new My Settings enhancement for PAs is now available. This convenient, time-saving online feature helps PAs to manage their Two-Factor Authentication and login credentials via the @ Work homepage, eliminates the need to call the service centre. PAs can now easily add or change their mobile phone number, modify their 6–9-digit security code, reset their password, and remove any devices previously saved as ‘trusted’ that may no longer secure or in use. Within My Settings, PAs can also update alert preferences under the Communications Preferences section.
Currently available for: UK, IEC, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Austria, France, Finland, Belgium, Denmark, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, India, Thailand, US, GDC, Canada, Argentina, and Mexico.
*Please note that the Communications Preferences tab is not available for Finland and Belgium and will only be available for the following markets when the New Homepage design is released: Canada, Mexico, Argentina, India, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.

Introducing a refreshed Programme Hierarchy interface where you can view your comprehensive company Account hierarchy. This new streamlined experience includes enhanced search results, dual-languages (where applicable), and a globally consistent experience, so you can track and run your programme more efficiently for one or multiple markets.

Now at your fingertips: Improved Direct Debit capabilities in GAFC
Global Apply for Card (GAFC) United Kingdom has been updated with improved clarity on payment method options. Now Direct Debit information will be automatically suppressed for central payment accounts on employee Card applications. Direct Debit payment will continue to be always optional for individually settled accounts.
Put even more efficiency at your fingertips – all on the streamlined Global Apply for Card, including:
- Intuitive experience across multiple markets.
- Central location to initiate and manage Card applications.
- Automatic suppression of Direct Debit for central payment UK Card applications.
Which means it’s the ideal time to switch off the old Apply for Card tool for a newer and better one. For any questions, please contact your local PA Servicing team.

The Corporate Account Reconciliation (CAR) tool will be replaced by the refreshed @ Work Reconciliation platform*
After many years of service, the Corporate Account Reconciliation tool will be decommissioned for existing Users on 14 May 2023, and upgraded to the reimagined and user-friendly @ Work Reconciliation Tool. The new platform will allow you to manage your centrally billed charges and reconciliation needs.
We're confident that your transition to using the new tool will be a smooth and seamless process. For any questions, please contact your local PA Servicing team.
*The CAR legacy tool will still be available for Programme Administrators until further notice.

We’ll send a welcome email with an Access Code to enter the first time you log-in to @ Work.
3. Log in
Follow the first-time log-in instructions from the welcome email to complete your registration.
Log in to @ Work and click "Need Help" from the top tool bar. Once you are on the Need Help page, click "Programme Administrator User Maintenance" and follow steps to "Remove an @ Work Programme Administrator".
