Lyra’s personalized concierge services give you access to an exclusive network of diversly trained counselors and coaches to meet the individual needs of you and your loved ones. They are here to support you wherever you’re comfortable — on the phone or via video chat — and can help you manage stress, grieve the loss of a loved one, cope with anxiety and a number of other challenges.

All U.S. colleagues and their household members are eligible, regardless of your medical plan. You can each access 10 free sessions with a Lyra counselor.

Pregnancy Loss Support
Amex provides ongoing support for employees who have experienced the loss of a baby due to miscarriage or stillbirth via our monthly Pregnancy Loss Support Group meetings. The support group provides a caring and supportive environment to learn from and share with a professional counselor and others who have experienced a similar loss. There are options to attend sessions in person or virtually.
