The month-long celebration returns to the capital this October, showcasing the best of London’s culinary offerings.
London Restaurant Festival (LRF) occurs twice a year, in June and October, and celebrates of the best of the capital’s diverse food scene. During the festival, you will get the chance to experience more than 50 events across the city, some brand-new for this season.
Expect a delicious range of memorable food experiences, from tasting menus at some of London’s most sought-after restaurants to an introduction to emerging culinary talent.
London Restaurant Festival also features an emphasis on global cuisine, bringing the most diverse selection of events ever to the LRF.

The festival takes place from Friday 27 September to Thursday 31 October 2024.
What food can I try at London Restaurant Festival?
Whatever pleases your palette, you're sure to find it. Events are split into two categories: Classic and Trending. Trending is more casual, celebrating what’s new and hot on the food scene, while Classic features the best of London’s traditional places to dine.
Keeping it informal with restaurant-hopping, neighbourhood favourites and spicy specialities, there's so many exciting trending events to choose from.
Food Fest
For the second year running, the programme kicks off with Food Fest, in partnership with Wonderland Cocktails from BrewDog, at Arcade Tottenham Court Road. Here you’ll get to enjoy top-notch street food, cocktails and a live DJ set.
Tickets to Food Fest cost £16 each and include a Wonderland Cocktail, your choice of savoury dish from nine food vendors, a dessert and a goodie bag to take home.
Restaurant-Hopping Tours
Other Trending events include the super popular Restaurant-Hopping Tours, which take you on a foodie circuit around different London neighbourhoods. Visit restaurants in one of evening in Marylebone Village, Oxford Street, Bond Street and Portman Marylebone.
The Spice Route
Get adventurous with an array of brand-new experiences. The Spice Route sees a selection of London’s most prolific Pan-Asian restaurants host evenings, in partnership with Cobra Beer, at Lahpet Larder and Toba in St James’s Market.
Be More Mindful
Be More Mindful celebrates the growing alcoholic alternative movement through a unique experience sponsored by World of Hyatt.
Neighbourhood Nights
Neighbourhood Nights is also back for the autumn. This popular series features independent restaurants in zones 2, 3 and 4, all offering local dining experiences. Holy Carrot in Notting Hill and Bar Levan in Peckham are just two of the neighbourhood gems taking part.
The ‘Classic’ events include an LRF fan favourite: Top Ten Cuisines, a series of ten evenings hosted by best-in-their-field chefs:

The Gastronomic Staycation
The Gastronomic Staycation includes an overnight stay at the five-star Great Scotland Yard Hotel – part of The Unbound Collection by Hyatt. The weekend includes an itinerary packed with culinary all-stars including lunch hosted by Michelin-starred chef Phil Howard and dinner hosted by esteemed Indian chef Vivek Singh.
Sunday afternoon sees guests embark on a Gourmet Odyssey across Canary Wharf, shining a spotlight on the very best of Wood Wharf, including the eco-friendly ‘floating pavilions’ Hovarda and Hawksmoor.
An Indian Summer
An Indian Summer celebrates the incredible calibre of Indian restaurants in both Regent Street and St James’s, with a dinner at the oldest Indian restaurant in London, Veeraswamy, and a chance to try the latest opening from hospitality dons JKS, Ambassadors Clubhouse on Heddon Street.
Masterclasses
If you want to expand your own culinary skills, check out the Masterclasses. Craft sushi at Miyako restaurant in the Andaz London Liverpool Street hotel or join an immersive tequila and mezcal tasting led by The Whisky Exchange, at Spanish-Mexican spot Decimo.
Festival Highlights
Festival Highlights combines a selection of one-off experiences, including a Tasting Menu at hyper-sustainable restaurant Roe in Canary Wharf, which puts regenerative crops at the centre of its menu. There's also a vertical foraging garden and 3D printed interiors.
