You can use your Card anywhere American Express® Cards are accepted.

There are a variety of ways you can use your Card to make purchases. Here are some tips:

In-store: If a merchant asks you to choose between "credit" and "debit," choose "credit." No PIN is required for in-store purchases. Depending on the type of terminal, you will either swipe the Card or insert it into the slot.  

Online: For online purchases, you'll be asked to enter your Card details during checkout, including your Card number, expiration date and 4-digit security code located on the front of your Card.

Mobile: American Express payments can be made using a range of digital wallets, including Apple Pay™, Samsung Pay, and Android Pay™.
