Connect to QuickBooks can help you manage your employee Business Card expenses easily. Employees' Business Card transactions and receipts they match to their transactions will also be automatically sent to your QuickBooks every day, so you can manage their expenses right from your QuickBooks.

Don't have time to worry about Employee Cards? Assign a trusted team member as an Account Manager with Full Access to add new Employee Cards for you. Your Account Manager can set spending limits and track the amount each employee spends with simple graphs available in their American Express Online Account.
Vendor Pay by Bill.com
Take advantage of Vendor Pay by Bill.com by enrolling your Card. With the Basic plan, there is no monthly fee for the first user and no fee for a second user for six months. After six months, the second user will have a fee of $15 per month. Additional fees may apply based on plan type and number of users.

Purchase Protection♦︎
When an American Express® Card Member charges a Covered Purchase with their Eligible Card, Purchase Protection♦︎ can help protect their Covered Purchases for up to 90 days from the Covered Purchase date if it is stolen or accidentally damaged. The coverage is limited up to $1,000 per Covered Purchase, up to $50,000 per Card Member account per calendar year. Please read important exclusions and restrictions.

Delta SkyMiles® Reserve Business Card:
Your Covered Purchases can be covered when they’re accidentally damaged, stolen, or lost for up to 90 days from the Covered Purchase date with your Eligible Card.
Return Protection
With Return Protection, you may return eligible purchases to American Express if the seller won't take them back up to 90 days from the date of purchase.1

1American Express may refund the full purchase price excluding shipping and handling, up to $300 per item, up to a maximum of $1,000 per calendar year per Card account, if you purchased it entirely with your eligible American Express® Card. Purchases must be made in the U.S. or its territories.

Car Rental Loss and Damage Insurance♦︎
Car Rental Loss and Damage Insurance♦︎ can provide coverage for Damage to or Theft of a Rental Vehicle in a Covered Territory when You use your Eligible Card to reserve and pay for the Entire Rental and decline the collision damage waiver (CDW) at the Rental Company counter. Please read important exclusions and restrictions. This product provides secondary coverage and does not include liability coverage. Not all vehicle types or rentals are covered. Coverage is not available for vehicles rented in Australia, Italy, and New Zealand.
Global Assist® Hotline
Whenever you travel more than 100 miles from home, Global Assist® Hotline is available for 24/7 emergency assistance and coordination services, including medical and legal referrals, emergency cash wires, and missing luggage assistance.
