2024 Coachella Spend Offer Terms

Get a one-time $10 statement credit when you use an enrolled eligible American Express Card to spend $100 or more on one or more qualifying purchases at participating on-site merchants at Coachella in Indio, CA from April 12-14, 2024 and April 19-21, 2024.

Offer Enrollment:

Enrollment is available via Amex Offers here, the Coachella Official app, or by visiting any American Express location on-site at the Coachella Festival grounds.

Eligible Cards for Offer:

An eligible Card means a valid American Express U.S. Consumer or Small Business Credit or Charge Card that is issued directly by American Express.

The following cards are not eligible for the offer:

Prepaid Cards and products
Corporate Cards
Cards not issued in the U.S.
American Express-branded Cards issued by other financial institutions

Eligible Merchants:
Coachella on-site merchants (past point of checked entry) are participating in the offer, excluding (i) any retail kiosk offering merchandise that can be shipped home (ii) Kazunori Sushi restaurant locations on-site, (iii) merchants located at/within the Carrera Eyewear brand activation on-site, and (iv) merchants located at/within the Nike brand activation on-site.

Other Terms:
Not valid on online and in-app purchases. Qualifying purchase means one or more purchases made at an eligible on-site merchant (past point of checked entry) during either or both festival weekends with your enrolled American Express Card. Enrollment available via American Express Coachella Landing Page online at americanexpress.com/us/campaigns/festivals/coachella, via the Coachella Official app, or by visiting any American Express location on-site at the Coachella Festival grounds. An enrolled, eligible Card must be used to redeem the offer. The following American Express cards are not eligible for the Offer: Prepaid Cards and products, Corporate Cards, Cards not issued in the U.S., and American Express-branded Cards issued by other financial institutions. Limit 1 statement credit per Card Member. Limit 1 enrolled Card per Card Member across all American Express offer channels. Your enrollment of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to that Card. The enrolled Card account must be active, not past due, canceled, or have a returned payment outstanding to receive statement credit. Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 4/21/2024, provided that American Express receives accurate information about your qualifying purchase(s). Statement credit may be reversed if a qualifying purchase is returned/cancelled. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. For example, you may not receive the statement credit if your transaction is made through a third party or if the merchant uses an ineligible mobile or wireless card reader to process it. By enrolling, you agree that American Express may send you communications in connection with the offer and other Coachella benefits. American Express reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend this offer should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical issues, fraud, abuse, misuse or other causes beyond its reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, or proper conduct of this offer.

Additional Coachella Benefits for Card Members

Merch To-Go Window at Amex Experience
The Merch To-Go Window is only available for Card Members (guests are not permitted) and is located at the Amex Experience. Card Members may obtain access to the Merch To-Go Window by showing a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). All purchases must be made with a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). The Merch To-Go Window is open all hours that the Amex Experience is open (1PM-8PM). All sales are final, no refunds.

American Express Card Member Dedicated Merch Lane
The Dedicated Merch Lane is only available for Card Members (guests are not permitted) and is located at the main merch tent. Card Members may obtain access to the Dedicated Merch Lane by showing a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). All purchases must be made with a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). The Dedicated Merch Lane is open 1PM-8PM each festival day.

Campgrounds Pop-Up
Access is subject to capacity. Card Members may obtain access to the Campgrounds Pop-Up by showing a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). Card Members are allowed to bring one non-Card Member guest, subject to capacity restrictions. Guest must enroll via the Coachella app. All benefits within the Campgrounds Pop-Up are available while supplies last. The Campgrounds Pop-Up is open 9AM-2PM each festival day, and the Thursday before each festival weekend from 2PM-7PM.

Tyler, the Creator GOLF Pop-Up | American Express Card Member Merch Fast Lane
The GOLF Pop-Up American Express Card Member Merch Fast Lane is only available for Card Members (guests are not permitted). Card Members may obtain access to the GOLF Pop-Up Merch Fast Lane by showing a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). All purchases must be made with a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). The GOLF Pop-Up Merch Fast Lane is open 1PM-8PM each festival day.

Tyler, the Creator GOLF Pop-Up | Gift with Purchase
During the Festival, American Express Card Members can receive a limited-edition item (a $10 value), while supplies last, when you make a purchase with a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards) at the GOLF Pop-Up. Limit one (1) gift per transaction. There is no minimum purchase requirement. Gift will be provided “as is” while supplies last and American Express does not guarantee every Card Member will be able to redeem the offer. Offer is not valid on previous purchases. Offer may be modified or discontinued at any time. Any taxes on applicable purchases are the responsibility of the Card Member. An item of comparable or greater value may be substituted, at the sole discretion of American Express. Void where prohibited. Subject to all applicable laws.

Tyler, the Creator GOLF Pop-Up | American Express Card Member Exclusive Merchandise
American Express Card Members will have the opportunity to purchase an exclusive merchandise item at the GOLF Pop-Up, while supplies last. Exclusive item must be purchased using a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). Limit the purchase of three (3) items per Card Member. Any attempt to obtain more than three (3) items by a Card Member may result in Card Member being disqualified from this offer. All purchases are final.

American Express does not guarantee every Card Member will be able to redeem every benefit. Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred or substituted. With the exception of the Amex Experience, the benefits are not fulfilled by American Express and American Express is not responsible for the fulfillment of such benefits. Non-Card Member Coachella Benefit Terms

Amex Experience Access
Access is subject to capacity. Non-Card Members may obtain access to the Amex Experience only when accompanied by an American Express Card Member, and after having enrolled with American Express via the Coachella app. All benefits within the Amex Experience are available while supplies last. The Amex Experience is open 1PM-8PM each festival day.

Campgrounds Pop-Up
Access is subject to capacity. Non-Card Members may obtain access to the Campgrounds Pop-Up only when accompanied by an American Express Card Member, and after having enrolled with American Express via the Coachella app. All benefits within the Campgrounds Pop-Up are available while supplies last. The Campgrounds Pop-Up is open 9AM-2PM each festival day, as well as the Thursday before each festival weekend from 2PM-7PM.

These benefits are provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Benefits are provided on a first come, first serve basis. American Express does not guarantee every individual will be able to redeem every benefit. Benefits cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred or substituted. With the exception of the Amex Experience, the benefits are not fulfilled by American Express and American Express is not responsible for the fulfillment of such benefits. Fulfillment of these benefits is the responsibility of Goldenvoice/Coachella.

All Cards (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards) are eligible to redeem the following benefits at Stagecoach:

Amex Experience Access
Access is subject to capacity. Card Members may obtain access to the Amex Experience by showing a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). Card Members are allowed to bring up to three (3) guests with them to the Amex Experience, subject to capacity restrictions. All benefits within the Amex Experience are available while supplies last. The Amex Experience is open 12PM-8PM each day.

Merch To-Go Window at Amex Experience
The Merch To-Go Window is only available for Card Members (guests are not permitted) and is located at the Amex Experience. Card Members may obtain access to the Merch To-Go Window by showing a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). All purchases must be made with a valid American Express Card (excluding American Express Prepaid Cards). The Merch To-Go Window is open all hours that the Amex Experience is open (12PM-8PM).
