Coachella 2025 – Select Merchandise Only Spend Offer Terms & Conditions
Offer Description
Eligible Card Members can earn a one-time $20 statement credit after using an enrolled eligible Card to spend $100 or more in one or more qualifying merchandise purchases at participating on-site merchants at Coachella in Indio, CA between April 11-13, 2025 and April 18-20, 2025.
Eligibility and Enrollment
Eligible Card Members must first add offer to Card and then use same Card to make qualifying purchases. Only Consumer and Business American Express® Cards issued by American Express in the US are eligible to enroll in this offer. American Express Prepaid Cards, Corporate Cards, Debit Cards, and American Express-branded Cards issued by other financial institutions are not eligible for this offer. Additional Cards on an Eligible Card account are also eligible to enroll in this offer, however any rewards or credits earned will be applied to the Basic Card Member’s account. Each enrolled Card must enroll separately in this offer and must individually make one or more qualifying purchases totaling at least $100 for each enrolled Card to earn a statement credit.
Limit one enrollment per Card Member regardless of whether a Card Member has more than one eligible Card. Card Members must select one eligible Card to enroll and enrollment of an eligible Card in this offer extends only to that Card. Limit of one (1) statement credit per enrolled Card Member. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive the statement credit(s).
Qualifying Purchases
A qualifying purchase is a purchase of merchandise made in-person at the following participating merchants (past point of checked entry) on-site at Coachella: The Amex Experience, Coachella Festival Store, Coachella Artist Store, Headliner Artist Merchandise Stores, Coachella VIP Store, Coachella Camping Store, and Coachella Merchandise Truck. The following are not qualifying purchases: (i) food & beverage purchases; (ii) purchases at General Store, Record Safari, and Lock Stock & Barrel; (iii) online and in-app purchases, and (iv) all other retail purchases made on-site at the festival. Offer valid only on purchases made in US dollars.
Offer only valid on purchases made directly with the merchant. Offer not valid on purchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries.
Statement Credit
Please allow 90-days after 4/20/2025 for the statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.

- American Express Card Member Dedicated Merch Lane
American Express Card Members may obtain access a Card Member dedicated merch lane at the Coachella Festival Store and the Coachella Artist Store. To access a dedicated merch lane, Card Members must show a valid American Express Card, excluding an American Express Prepaid Card. Guests are not permitted. All purchases must be made with a valid American Express Card, excluding American Express Prepaid Cards. The dedicated merch lane is open 1PM-7PM each festival day. Hours of operation may vary and are subject to change.
- Merch To-Go Window
