Changing Your Password

American Express® FX International Payments believes your account security is of the utmost importance. Follow the simple steps below to create a secure password.

How to Change your Password

 

To access Change Password, go to My Account> Change Password, then:

 

  • 1Enter your Current Password in the field on the left.

  • 2Enter your New Password in the field on the right and re-type it in the Confirm New Password field directly below.

  • 3Click Change Password in the lower right of the page. If successful, you’ll see a message of confirmation.

When coming up with a New password, please keep the following rules in mind:

 

  • Passwords must be a minimum of seven characters long.

  • Passwords must contain at least one numeric character. ?

  • Passwords must contain at least one alphabetic character. ?

  • You will not be able to construct passwords that are identical to passwords you have previously used. ?

TIP : You must now login to the system with your new password. Click Log Out in the upper right of the page and proceed to login with your Username and New Password.
