1. Secure device
Biometric data, like a fingerprint, face recognition or a device PIN means no one can pay on your device without your authorisation.
3. Amex authentication
Every contactless mobile payment is authorised by us, and only us.
4. Fraud protection and alerts
Our alerts let you know instantly if we spot anything odd or unusual on your Account. Find out here how to set them up.
Lost or stolen Card?
If your device has been set up to take mobile payments, you don't need to wait for a new Card to arrive. We simply generate a new token for your device, linked to your new Card details, and you can start using mobile payments again right away.
Lost or stolen device?
If your mobile device is lost or gets stolen, we'll set up payments from your Account on another phone or tablet. For added safety, your data is never stored on the device, plus Apple, Samsung and Android devices can be wiped remotely to remove all your details. And remember - your biometric details (device PIN, fingerprint or face recognition) means your device can't be opened without you.
