Emergency Card Replacement
Has your Card been lost or stolen abroad?
You’ll receive a replacement Card, usually within two working days.*
If you’ve added your Card to a mobile wallet such as Apple Pay, this will be instantly updated. If you’re overseas call us on +44 (0)1273 696 933 or live chat with us here.
*Not all services are available in all locations, and all are subject to local laws. Global Assist service isn’t available for the Basic, Harrods and Costco Card. Travel related advice is complementary, but you may be required to pay for any arranged services provided.
