Edit Business Information

Within the “Business Information” section of the “Update/View Accounts” tab, you can edit specific business information, including:

• Federal Tax ID Number
• Business Legal Name
• Doing Business As (DBA)
• Location ID
  

Providing a Location ID within this section will act as a filter that will apply to your online merchant experience across the various tools in Account Services, Payments, Disputes and more. If you would like that Location ID filter removed, you can remove the information in the field and leave it empty.

To confirm your changes, you will need to click the “Apply” button. A confirmation pop-up will appear, allowing you to confirm that you want the changes made to the selected Merchant Account(s). 

Please note that if your account is currently on B-Notice; updating business legal name or tax ID will not change the account status. Please call into merchant customer service in order to remediate the account.
