discuss how you can start accepting American Express payments. You’ll need to sign up with American Express before you can setup an Online Merchant account.
How to set up an Online Merchant Account
Creating an online Merchant Account takes just a few minutes.
Click here to start creating your Account and follow our simple registration
process.
After you’ve submitted your registration, you’ll receive a User ID and will be able to manage your Online Profile. You’ll also have access to free signs and supplies.
By verifying your routing and bank account numbers, you can expand your access to view your payments, download statements, manage disputes and update your Account.
Once you’re all set up, just click the ‘Log in’ button at the top right of our merchant hub to get access.
Keep your account details up to date
As part of our regulatory obligation as an Authorised Payment Provider, American Express are periodically required to review the information we hold on our customers and take steps to ensure that this information continues to be both accurate and up to date.
To help us ensure that we keep your account details up to date we kindly request that you complete a copy of our 'American Express Merchant information collection form'.
Upon clicking on the link, select the 'Support and Services' drop down box and click on the link titled 'American Express Merchant Collection information form.' Once complete, please return it to us, along with any of the additional relevant documents requested to the address below.
