Will my Direct Debit adjust if I make a manual payment or receive a refund?

Direct Debit collection amounts may be adjusted when a manual payment is made on the Account up to 4 working days prior to the direct debit collection date. For Credit Cards, credit adjustments such as a merchant refund will only take effect on the current statement period and cannot adjust the Direct Debit of any previous outstanding billing period. For Charge Cards, credit adjustments such as a merchant refund will take immediate effect however will not adjust the Direct Debit amount if it's within 4 days of the collection date.
