Can I receive a paper statement if I need one?

You can download and print paper statements via your Online Services here or log onto your Online Account, select 'Statements & Activity' from the menu, and then 'All PDF Statements' in the dropdown menu.

You can also download PDF statements from the American Express® App, simply go to the 'Statements' tab and tap 'Transactions and Statements'. Select the statement period you are looking for and tap 'Statement PDF' to view and then download.

If you can't find the statement period you are looking for, or do not have access to a printer, we can provide a paper statement on request. Contact us via 'Chat with Us' on the Amex App or Chat from your Online Account or, alternatively, call the number on the back of your Card.

A £2 fee may be charged for additional copies of statements.
