Once it's set up, you'll see it clearly marked on your statement. Until this time, please continue to make your payments in the usual way.

Important information: Direct Debit collection timeframes vary so please ensure you check your statement to find out when your Direct Debit will collect. If you have a Corporate Account that is settled by the company, you are not able to set up a Direct debit. If you hold a Charge Card with the Flex Select facility please use the paper mandate form to set up Direct Debit.
