How do I change my Email and SMS Alerts and Notifications?


You can update your alerts & notifications online, including:

Payment Alerts

Spending Alerts

Fraud Protection Alerts

 

Change your Card Alerts online

To change your Card Account details, log in to your Online Services, selecting 'Account Management' from the navigation bar and then clicking ‘Alerts & Preferences’ and then 'Manage Card Alerts'.
