Can anyone else access my American Express® App when I use Touch/Face ID?

Yes. Anyone who knows your device passcode or who has a fingerprint/face registered to your device will be able to log in to your Amex App and see your Account information. You should review who has access to your device and remove any registered data from your device that are not yours.
