Enjoy purchase protection against loss or theft. If you buy an eligible item on your Card and it’s stolen or damaged within 90 days, we’ll replace or repair it, or refund you up to £2,500 per eligible item.
Should you return an eligible item for any reason within 90 days, your Card’s refund protection means that even if the UK retailer won’t refund you, we’ll replace or refund you up to a maximum of £300.3

- Membership Rewards® – a more rewarding way to do business
With your American Express® Platinum Business Card, you get at least one Membership Rewards® point for each pound you spend on your Card for eligible purchases. In addition, with the double Membership Rewards bonus, in any calendar month you will now receive 10,000 Membership Rewards bonus points once you have spent a cumulative £10,000 in that month. The Bonus Points will be transferred to your Membership Rewards account and can be viewed on your Card Account statement. You will continue to earn one Membership Rewards point on eligible purchases in excess of £10,000 for each pound you spend on your Card for the rest of that month. Qualifying spend in each calendar month cannot be carried over to the following month. Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits. Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges.
- Dedicated Account Management
Benefit is access to the services of American Express’s Business Account Management Team. New Cardmembers will be contacted via telephone by one of the team within approximately 30 days of Account activation. Platinum Cardmembers have unlimited complimentary access to American Express Lounge locations. Guest access policies vary by location and are subject to change. - Worldwide Travel Insurance

- Fine Hotels + Resorts
Fine Hotels + Resorts (FHR) program benefits are available for new bookings made through American Express Travel with participating properties and are valid only for eligible Cardmembers who hold the American Express® Business Platinum Card. Supplementary Business Platinum Cardmembers are also eligible for FHR program benefits. Bookings must be made using an eligible Card and must be paid using that Card, or another American Express® Card, in the eligible Cardmember’s name, and that Cardmember must be traveling on the itinerary booked. The average total value of the program benefits is based on prior-year bookings for stays of two nights; the actual value varies. Noon check-in and room upgrade are subject to availability and are provided at check-in; certain room categories are not eligible for upgrade. The type of experience credit and additional amenity (if applicable) varies by property; the experience credit will be applied to eligible charges up to the amount of the experience credit. To receive the experience credit, the eligible spend must be charged to your hotel room. The experience credit will be applied at check-out. Advance reservations are recommended for certain experience credits. The type and value of the daily breakfast (for two) varies by property; breakfast will be valued at a minimum of US$60 per room per day. To receive the breakfast credit, the breakfast bill must be charged to your hotel room. The breakfast credit will be applied at check-out. If the cost of Wi-Fi is included in a mandatory property fee, a daily credit of that amount will be applied at check-out. Benefits are applied per room, per stay (with a three-room limit per stay). Back-to-back stays booked by a single Cardmember, Cardmembers staying in the same room or Cardmembers traveling in the same party within a 24-hour period at the same property are considered one stay and are ineligible for additional FHR benefits (“Prohibited Action”). American Express and the property reserve the right to modify or revoke FHR benefits at any time without notice if we or they determine, in our or their sole discretion, that you may have engaged in a Prohibited Action, or have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with your FHR benefits. - Hotel loyalty programmes

- Hilton
As a Platinum Cardmember you are eligible to enrol in complimentary Hilton Honors Gold status. Offer available only to Platinum Cardmembers and is not transferable. Full details of Gold status can be found at hiltonhonors.com/memberbenefits and is subject to change by Hilton. Gold status benefits are subject to availability at participating hotels and resorts within the Hilton Portfolio. Once you request enrolment in Hilton Honors Gold status, American Express will share your enrolment information with Hilton. If you already have Hilton Honors Gold Status, you can maintain the benefit in the future because you don’t need to meet any stay requirements. Benefit Terms This benefit is governed by and subject to these Benefit Terms. By enrolling your Card Account into the benefit, you agree to these Terms.
A. The Benefit
Enrol to the benefit using your eligible Business Platinum Card. To receive the statement credit, make eligible spend at Dell Technologies online by visiting www.dell.co.uk/amex or by contacting a dedicated Dell Technologies Advisor on 0800 169 1745 . The benefit description and terms are displayed to you prior to enrolling into the benefit. After you enrol your Card into the benefit, you can continue to access the benefit description and terms until the benefit end date by visiting https://www.americanexpress.com/uk/business-platinum-benefits
B. Eligible Cards
Only the Basic Cardmember on a Business Platinum Card Account can enrol the Card Account into the benefit. Not all Cards are eligible for this benefit. If a Card you hold is ineligible, you will not be able to see the benefit, nor you will not be able to enrol the Card Account in the benefit. If you are issued with a replacement Card after enrolling the Card Account into the benefit and the benefit is still available, the replacement Card will be automatically enrolled into the benefit.
C. Statement Credits
Purchases by both the enrolled Basic Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmembers on the enrolled Card Account are eligible for statement credits. Regardless of the date on which the Card Account is enrolled into the benefit, each Card Account is only eligible for up to £75 in statement credits between 1 January and 31 June and up to £75 in statement credits between 1 July and 31 December for a total of £150 per calendar year in statement credits across all Cards on the enrolled Card Account. D. Your Account Payments
We can cancel your participation in the benefit or future benefits if you fail to pay your Card Account balance on time.
E. Fraud / Misuse / Glitches
We can suspend or cancel the benefit if any fraud or misuse by users (as reasonably determined by us), technical failure or any other factors outside our control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the benefit which may result in any loss or damage to American Express. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any such incident and take reasonable steps to ensure you are not unfairly impacted if the incident is due to something we have done or failed to do. We can disqualify you from this or future benefits, and may reverse any credit already awarded, if you are suspected of fraud, misuse (as reasonably determined by us) or are in breach of any of these Terms.
F. Changes
We reserve the right to vary any eligibility criteria or Terms prior to you enrolling in the benefit.
G. Privacy & Security
We use your personal information such as name, email address, Account number and transaction information to manage your participation in the benefit (including sending notices and reminders) and track your spend. We will only ever use your personal information strictly in accordance with the [American Express Online Privacy Statement].
H. Law
The terms of the offer are governed by English law and the court of England will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over us and you.

Benefit Limit is capped at £75 in Statement Credit; per every 3 months of the calendar year. The benefit value will reset on 1 Jan, 1 Apr, 1 Jul, 1 Oct of every calendar year until 31/12/2026. You cannot carry any unused benefit value from one period into the next. The benefit only applies to online purchases made at uk.indeed.com. Any purchases not made directly with Indeed are excluded. Excludes Indeed Events, Indeed Hire, Indeed Flex, Resume.com SimplyHired and any Indeed job seeker services. The Benefit is only available to the Primary American Express Business Platinum Cardmember using their American Express Business Platinum Card. Transactions made with a Supplementary Card or Additional Card are not eligible for this Benefit. You must first save the Benefit to your American Express Business Platinum Card before making your purchase to qualify for the benefit. Only qualified purchases made after enrolment are eligible for the benefit. If you use another card to make a purchase at any time, you will not be eligible for the benefit on that card. The benefit will expire on 31/12/2026. American Express can withdraw the benefit at any time by giving you 60 days’ notice. Your purchase must be made online at uk.indeed.com to be eligible for the benefit. If you spend in a currency other than Great British Pound (GBP), the amount paid will be converted based on the rate of exchange at the time of the transaction. A non-Sterling transaction fee of 2.99% will apply and this fee does not count towards the benefit. For more information regarding charges made in foreign currencies refer to your Card Member Agreement. If you pay using third party payment providers, such as Buy Now Pay Later providers, third party payment providers or payment processors, you will not be eligible for the benefit. Statement credit(s) should appear on your billing statement within 30 days from the date of qualified purchase but may take longer. Credit(s) are not redeemable for cash or any other payment form.
