There is no pre-set spending limit on your Card unless your company sets one. For your protection, we may call you to confirm your identity if you make a purchase that seems outside of your normal spending pattern. If you anticipate making an out-of-pattern purchase, you can avoid a phone confirmation by contacting our Customer Service Team in advance.

Once you’ve signed up for Online Account Management, you can make payments, view statements, complete expense reports and manage your Membership Rewards® 24/7, anywhere Internet access is available. In agreement with your company’s policies, you may also receive monthly statements online.

 

To receive marketing related offers and news about Card benefits as well as special promotions and offers, login to your account and update your profile and preferences.

Cash access is available on the Gold Corporate Card, subject to application and approval. Your Programme Administrator can tell you whether your company participates in this program.1

Cardmembers can pay contactless with their Card directly or by adding their Card to their mobile wallet (Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay) and tapping to pay at thousands of stores that displays our contactless symbol. It’s a quick, easy and secure way to make payments. Simply touch your Card or phone on the reader, wait for the beep and you’re done.

Chip Pin

 

Chip & PIN

 

Your Card uses Chip & PIN technology to provide extra security and convenience. Once you have activated your Card, you can personalise your PIN atany UK LINK cashpoint offering PIN services.

 

If you enter your PIN incorrectly three times, your Card will be temporarily locked. If this happens, contact the Customer Service Team for a PIN reminder. Use this to unlock your Card at any UK LINK cashpoint that offers PIN services, by following the on-screen instructions.

1. Express Cash: Requires company participation and Cardmember enrolment. Subject to terms and conditions. Please note that Express Cash application is subject to approval and activation. Cash access is granted subject to and governed by the terms of the agreement between American Express and your Company and may be withdrawn at yourCompany’s request at any time.

 

2. Membership Rewards Programme: Enrolment required. Annual programme fee to enrol a Gold Corporate Card is £30 + VAT. Participating Membership Rewards partners,available rewards, and point levels are subject to change without notice. Eligibility is based upon company's participation in the Membership Rewards programme. Membership Rewards points are not earned on Balance Transfers, Cash Advances, American Express Travellers’ Cheques purchases, Foreign Exchange transactions, interest, any spending in excess of your credit limit, charges for returned payments, late payment or referral changers and American Express Credit Card finance charges.

 

3. Lounge Access on American Express Corporate Gold: Cardmember enrolment required. Use the enrolment form provided with your welcome communication to sign up for Priority Pass™ membership. The first two visits per Priority Pass™ membership year at participating lounges are complimentary for members. Cardmembers can either take a guest and visit once or go on their own and visit twice. Additional visits will be charged at the prevailing Priority Pass retail rate to a designated American Express Corporate Gold Card. Priority Pass™ terms and conditions apply. 4. Global Assist Hotline: You must arrange all medical and visitor transportation. As the Global Assist Hotline is an assistance service, we cannot reimburse you for expenses you incur on your own. Please refer to the Global Assist Summary of Coverage for additional details and restrictions.

 

5. Travel Services Locations: All services are subject to local laws and cash availability. Not all services are available at all locations.

 

6. Concierge services: There is typically no cost to you for the efforts Concierge consultants perform on your behalf, although you are responsible for any purchases and/orshipping charges you authorize.
