We keep your personal details confidential at all times. Only those who specifically need access will be able to view them.
We use a range of security measures to protect your information, including computer safeguards and secured files and facilities. We also securely destroy data once it's no longer needed.

We use 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on our website. This means that when you access your Account the sensitive data being transferred is encrypted.
Password Recovery Confirmation Email
If you try to recover your password, we'll automatically send an email to confirm it was you. If you recieve this email and did not recently try to reset your password, call us at the number on the back of your Card.
Automatic Time-Outs
For your safety, we automatically log you
out after 10 minutes of inactivity and ask
you to log in again before you can access
your Account.

The Personal Security Key is one of several ways
we make sure it really is you we’re dealing with
when you contact us for assistance. If you would
like to set up or change your Personal Security
