1. Terms and Conditions for a Complimentary Night at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok
• The Complimentary Night at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok (the “Hotel”) is only available to a Basic Cardmember, who holds a valid Platinum Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. ("American Express") (the "Eligible Cardmember").
• The Eligible Cardmember will receive 1 Complimentary Voucher (the “Voucher”) within 60 days after paying annual fee of the Platinum Card. The Voucher can be redeemed only once within 6 months after the issue date in which the expiry date is specified on the Voucher (the “Eligible Period”), at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok to enjoy a complimentary night. Except on blackout periods: 17 – 19 April 2024, 15 November 2024, 17 – 31 December 2024, 1 January 2025 and additional blackout dates specified by the Hotel. Please check the blackout dates upon reservation.
• Advanced reservation is required through The Platinum Service at 0 2091 2828, press 3 after language selection.
• The Benefit is subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation. The reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Upon staying, The Eligible Cardmember can select to receive only 1 from 2 complimentary benefits: a 2-course menu dinner for 2 persons at The Verandah OR pre-dinner drinks for 2 persons (3 designated cocktails per person) at Bamboo Bar.
• The Eligible Cardmember is required to present the Platinum Card and the Voucher together with his/her national identification card or passport to receive the privilege.
• The Eligible Cardmember acknowledges that only 1 Voucher will be given per account, and the Voucher can be used only 1 time. In case that the Eligible Cardmember loses the Voucher, no replacement or compensation will be provided.
• In case that, under any circumstances, the Eligible Cardmember receives more than 1 Voucher and redeem to use the benefit more than once, the Eligible Cardmember agrees that the cost of unauthorized use of this benefit will be charged Baht 20,000 for the redeemed night.
• Any other goods, services, food and beverage requested or purchased by the Eligible Cardmembers or companion(s) during the Complimentary Night that are not included in the complimentary list mentioned above are subject to be charged at the regular prices by the Hotel.
• The privilege is only available during the Eligible Period, please acknowledge that the privilege cannot be transferred to any other periods. In case that the Eligible Cardmembers do not use the privilege within the Eligible Period, the privilege cannot be exchanged nor redeemed for any other compensation.
• The privilege is non-transferable, non-extendable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other kind of benefits or used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, discounts, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise indicated.
• American Express reserves the rights to substitute the privilege with other offers and to terminate or change the privilege's Terms and Conditions at any time in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• In the event of any dispute arising from this privilege, the decision of American Express shall be final and binding all related parties.
• American Express is not liable for any of the food, beverages, products or services provided or received in connection with this privilege. In the event of loss, dissatisfaction or any dispute in relation to the products or services received under this privilege, please contact the Hotel directly.
• The privilege is also subject to the Hotel’s Terms and Conditions. Other Terms and Conditions of the Hotel may also apply, please check directly with the Hotel.
• The privilege is only applicable to Eligible Cardmembers, who meet the following criteria: (i) pay the full annual fee in the first statement; (ii) the Card account of the Eligible Cardmember is in good standing and/or not cancelled for any reason; and (iii) the Eligible Cardmember must not be in breach of any Terms and Conditions of the Platinum Card from the date they receive the privilege to the date they use the privilege.
• In the event that the Eligible Cardmember has redeemed the Voucher and subsequently cancelled their Cardmembership during the same Cardmembership year and received a prorated annual fee refund, American Express reserves the rights to charge Baht 20,000 for the redeemed night.

3. Terms and Conditions of Platinum Privileges
• The Platinum Privileges are only available to a Basic Cardmember, who holds a valid Platinum Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. ("American Express") (the "Eligible Cardmember").
• The privileges are available when payment is fully made through the Platinum Card. No savings will be accorded if the Platinum Card is presented by anyone whose name does not match with the name appeared on the Card.
• The privileges are excluding taxes and service charges (unless otherwise stated).
• For Dine 4 Pay 3 privilege, the Eligible Cardmember will receive a complimentary course menu which has the lowest or equal price.
• The privileges are applicable to one Eligible Card per table, per Party.
• A Party is a group of 2 or more persons dining at 1 or more tables. Where there is a request for side by side or nearby tables, this will be considered as 1 Party and 1 Platinum Card per table per visit policy will apply. Request for side by side or nearby table is subject to availability.
• The privileges are not applicable with private events, takeaway items, other special promotional offers, hotel offers or programs.
• The privileges are available from 1 January – 31 December 2024, except on the blackout dates. Privilege exclusions may apply. For more information on the blackout dates and privilege exclusions, please contact the respective restaurants, hotels, spa or the facility directly.
• The meal periods, menus, prices, change of concepts and operating hours of the restaurants may vary throughout the year. Please contact the respective restaurants for more information.
• Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the availability.

• The discounts on room accommodation, spa and special discount items under this privilege are not applicable to group booking of more than 6 persons.
• The privileges are non-transferable, non-extendable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other kind of benefits or used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, discounts, vouchers or privileges, unless otherwise indicated.

4. Terms and Conditions of Complimentary Roundtrip Limousine Airport Transfer
• The Complimentary Limousine Transfer Service privilege is only available to a Basic Cardmember, who holds a valid Platinum Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. ("American Express") (the "Eligible Cardmember").
• The Eligible Cardmember will receive a complimentary roundtrip limousine transfer to or from Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport, upon either booking a hotel under Fine Hotels & Resorts or The Hotel Collection (no minimum spend required), or booking an international flight with a minimum of Baht 100,000 or more, through the Platinum Travel Service at 0 2091 2828 (press 2 after language selection) and pay with the Platinum Card from 1 January – 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive).
• Please check the list of participating hotels and resorts with the Platinum Travel Service upon reservation.
• The Eligible Cardmember may only book 1 roundtrip limousine transfer per 1 trip, including a roundtrip itinerary, between 1 January – 31 December 2024 (both dates inclusive).
• The privilege is only applicable to Eligible Cardmembers, who meet the following criteria: (i) pay the full annual fee as shown in the statement; (ii) the Card account of the Eligible Cardmember is in good standing and/or not cancelled for any reason; and (iii) the Eligible Cardmember must not be in breach of any Terms and Conditions of the Platinum Card from the date they receive the privilege to the date they use the privilege.
• The Eligible Cardmember must be a part of the travelling party throughout each trip when using the limousine transfer service and the booked flight or hotel stay (or both) must be paid with the Platinum Card. American Express reserves the right to charge the limousine transfer service in full to the Eligible Cardmember if the Eligible Cardmember has used the privilege but fail to make payment of the booked flight or hotel stay (or both) with the Platinum Card.
• Advanced booking of limousine transfer service must be made through Primex Limousine at (+66) 02 099 0888 or LINE Official Account @limousineexpressth for at least 2 days before the travel date to enjoy this privilege and the Eligible Cardmember must inform the number of passengers, suitcases and additional requests (if any) when booking.
• In case of cancellation of the booked limousine transfer service, the Eligible Cardmember must inform Primex Limousine at (+66) 02 099 0888 at least 1 day in advance of the travel date, otherwise the Eligible Cardmember will be responsible for the cost incurred. The Eligible Cardmember will also be responsible for the cost incurred in case of no-show at the appointed date and time.
• The number of passengers per vehicle is limited to a maximum of 2 persons. The number of suitcases not larger than 28” is limited to a maximum of 2 suitcases.
• Additional surcharges will apply for the following services in respect to this privilege: (i) vehicle capacity upgrade; (ii) additional passengers, suitcases, or child car seat; and (iii) additional pickup or drop-off points.
• The rate of additional pick-up/drop-off points is Baht 500 per point and the pick-up/drop-off points must be on the same route as the destination.
• Complimentary limousine transfer service under this privilege is based on limited radius of Bangkok and some perimeters set out further below. However, this does not include some business areas in Bangkok. Please check the available business areas directly with the service provider.
b.) From Suvarnabhumi Airport to Don Mueang Airport.
c.) From Don Mueang Airport to Suvarnabhumi Airport.
d.) Between Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport and Bang Phli, Bang Sao Thong area.
• Eligible Cardmember should acknowledge and adhere to the driver’s waiting time as follows:
a.) Airport transfer on passengers’ arrival: waiting within 90 minutes from the landing time.
b.) Flight delay: no additional charge.
c.) Departure airport transfer: pick-up before flight departure up to (i) 3 hours on weekdays and (ii) 4 hours on Friday or weekends and any festival holidays. The driver will wait for 15 minutes and no longer than 30 minutes after arrival at pickup location.
d.) Otherwise, charges by additional hourly rates prescribed by the service provider will be imposed. Please contact the service provider directly for any further details regarding the additional hourly rates.
• Any additional surcharges must be paid through the Platinum Card.
• In case your Cardmembership of the Platinum Card is suspended or cancelled under any circumstances, American Express reserves the right to cancel the limousine transfer service even though the service has been booked prior to the cancellation of Cardmembership.
• The privilege is non-transferable to other persons, not applicable for any flight or hotel stay not purchased through American Express Platinum Travel Service, or for use outside the specified period.

• The 3X Membership Rewards points on your birth month is only available to a Basic Cardmember, who holds a valid Platinum Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) (the “Eligible Cardmember”).
• The 3X Membership Rewards points privilege is applied to all spending with the Platinum Card that occur within the Eligible Cardmember’s birth month in the year of 2024 (the “Eligible Transaction”). Please acknowledge that the 3X Membership Rewards points privilege is not applied to the spending that occur in any other months.
• The 3X Membership Rewards points refer to 1 point earned from every Baht 25 spent with the Platinum Card, PLUS 2 EXTRA points given as a bonus for every Baht 25 spent on your Eligible Transactions. The maximum limit of Eligible Transactions is Baht 50,000 throughout the birth month.
• The 3X Membership Rewards points will be calculated for every incremental Baht 25 spending. The amount in-between that does not reach another incremental Baht 25 spent will not be calculated for 3X points.

• The privileges under Platinum 1 for 1: Complimentary Night at participating hotels are available to Basic Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmember(s), who hold a valid Platinum Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. (“American Express”) (the “Eligible Cardmember”).
• In order to use the privileges, Eligible Cardmembers must make a reservation in advance through The Platinum Service Assistance at 0 2091 2828 (press 3 after language selection). 12. Terms and Conditions of Air Privilege program
• The Air Privilege Program ("APP") is available to Basic Cardmember and Supplementary Cardmember(s), who hold a valid Platinum Card issued by American Express (Thai) Co., Ltd. ("American Express") (the "Eligible Cardmember").
• APP offer is valid on reservations made via Platinum Travel Service Tel. 0 2091 2828 press 2 after language selection.
• Payment must be made with the Platinum Card. The maximum purchase is 8 pax, including the Eligible Cardmember.
• Participating airlines reserve the right to change, cancel or restrict flight operations without prior notice.
• APP companion or individual traveler special fare, seat allocations or upgrades, may be limited by airlines to certain flights and/or dates (“blackouts”).
• APP is subject to the Terms and Conditions of each participating carrier. American Express does not guarantee that seats or tickets will be available.

2) A ticket must be purchased with the designated APP non restricted fare in Thailand on a participating airline and charged to a valid Platinum Card which is in good standing and is billed in Thai Baht.

4) APP tickets are non-transferable and non-endorsable.
5) The Eligible Cardmember may purchase tickets for their companion(s) and must travel together on same itinerary for the whole journey.
6) The person using the companion ticket must travel with and have the same itinerary as the Eligible Cardmember with the paid ticket and is subject to all applicable government fees, taxes and charges.
7) Any travel on non-participating airlines must be ticketed and paid for separately and is not part of the APP. Certain code share or flights with worldwide partners of the participating airlines may not apply.
