We keep your personal details confidential at all times. Only those who specifically need access will be able to view them.
We use a range of security measures to protect your information, including computer safeguards and secured files and facilities. We also securely destroy data once it's no longer needed.
Secure Website
We use 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on our website. This means that when you access your Account the sensitive data being transferred is encrypted.
Automatic Time-Outs
For your safety, we automatically log you out after 10 minutes of inactivity and ask you to log in again before you can access your Account.
Personal Safety Key
The Personal Security Key (security questions) is one of several ways we make sure it really is you we're dealing with when you contact us for assistance. If you would like to set up or change your Personal Security Key, please call the number on the back of your Card.
