I have made a payment, but I am not seeing it reflected on my Account. What can I do?
Please allow around 3 working days for the payment to be processed. If you are not seeing the payment in your Account after 3 days, please call us at the number on the back of your Card.
You may be asked to provide supporting documents, such as proof of payment, which you can email to us at docsg@aexp.com.
