Accessing the Amex Mobile App
The Amex App and app features above are available only for eligible Card Accounts in Singapore. American Express® prepaid cards and Cards issued by non-American Express issuers are not eligible. To log in, Card Members must have an American Express user ID and password or create one in the app.
You can only manage Singapore issued Cards you have in the Amex SG App, as the applications created are specific to the country where the Card was issued. If you are not a Singapore Card Member, please search in the App Store or Google Play to see if there is an Amex application specific to your country. Alternatively, you can visit us via your mobile browser.
Amex Offers
Pay with Points, Amex Offers, Friends Referral and pending transactions are currently not available for American Express Corporate Card Members. Please read more about redeeming your Membership Rewards points towards eligible transactions here.

Keeping your Account safe
- You must keep your device and screen unlock details safe and secure at all times – just like your actual Card Account details.
- Never share your screen unlock details with someone else or register their fingerprint to your device. If you do allow someone access and they buy something, we'll consider that an authorised transaction.
- Enable automatic updates for your operating systems and antivirus software on your mobile device to be equipped of the latest security patch.
- Avoid opening attachments and links in unsolicited emails or SMSes on your mobile device as it may be a malicious software or webpages designed to gain access to your personal data without your consent.
- Download the Amex Mobile App only from trusted sources (i.e. the official App Store or Google Play Store).
- Avoid downloading unnecessary apps, and downloading apps from unknown 3rd party stores, as these may possibly contain malware. Malware seeks to invade mobile devices to steal data without users’ knowledge or consent.
