Devised by their mixologist, the Gold Winter use an array of deliciously festive seasonal ingredients to deliver a festive twist to the classic Gin & Tonic. Combining star anise and charred orange finished off with a generous dose of St Laurent Vieux Gin, this concoction is further sweeten with a home-made rosemary candy.
Taking inspiration from Bing Crosby’s famous rendition of the White Christmas Song, this cocktail is a mix of everything sweet and nice. A combination of Vodka and Amaretto, topped with heavy cream and a light dusting of cinnamon powder, for an extra kick.
