4. Offer is valid for basic and/or supplementary The American Express^® Platinum Reserve Credit Card and The American Express^® Platinum Credit Card Member and is non-transferable.

7. Complimentary upgrade to Premium Massage Oil or complimentary Eye Repair Mask is only applicable with any body massage or facial treatment purchased, and is redeemed during the treatment on the day of appointment.
8. Spa services are applicable to Card Members aged 21 years and above. Card Members have to present their Identification Card (NRIC) on the day of appointment.
9. Offer cannot be exchanged for any credit value or other product and services, or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, sales, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated.
10. All prices quoted are subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes, unless otherwise stated.
    
11. All information is correct at the time of publication. American Express and/or management of The Ultimate reserve the rights to terminate the Offer and/or replace the Offer with another offer of similar value without prior notice.
