Bonus Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. Offer is only applicable to The Platinum Card^®, The American Express^® Platinum Reserve or Platinum Credit Card issued by American Express International, Inc. in Singapore only (“eligible Card”) and is only valid from 1 October to 31 December 2021 (“promotion period”).
2. Spend a minimum of S$1,800 or S$2,800 in a single transaction at the participating Balenciaga boutique at Paragon using an eligible Card (“qualifying spend”) during the promotion period and receive bonus Membership Rewards® points for every transaction (“offer”):
   • Spend between S$1,800 and $2,799: Receive 9,000 bonus points. 
     • Total points earned for S$1,800 is 11,250 points (2,250 base points + 9,000 bonus points), which is equivalent to 10 points earned for every full S$1.60 spend
   • Spend more than S$2,800: Receive 22,750 points bonus points. 
     • Total points earned for S$2,800 is 26,250 points (3,500 base points + 22,750 bonus points), which is equivalent to 15 points earned for every full S$1.60 spend
3. The Offer is valid exclusively at the participating Balenciaga boutique in located at Paragon: 290 Orchard Rd, #01-01, Singapore 238859 (“Participating Partner(s)”)
4. Membership Rewards points are awarded to the Basic Card Account only. Eligible spending made on all Supplementary Cards will be considered as the cumulative spend of the respective Basic Card Account.
5. The additional Bonus Membership Rewards points earned will be credited to your Membership Rewards Program account within twelve weeks (12) weeks after the eligible transaction is made or offer end date, whichever is later. No expedite request will be entertained.
6. Membership Rewards points earned by any Supplementary Cards will automatically accrue to the Basic Card Account.
7. To qualify for Membership Rewards points, the Basic Card Account must be in good standing, not cancelled for any reasons and enrolled successfully in the American Express Membership Rewards Program.
8. Participating Partner(s) is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offers to Card Members. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
9. American Express and participating Partner(s) reserve the right to cancel, change or substitute the Offer or the Offer Terms & Conditions without prior notice or without assigning any reasons. Should there be any dispute, the decision of American Express and participating Partner(s) shall be final.
10. In the event of any suspicion of illegal activities in connection with the Offer, including without limitation fraud or an attempt at deception, American Express and participating Partner(s) are entitled to disqualify the participation of Card Member and report such activity to the relevant authorities.

Pay with Points + Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion is valid from 1 October to 31 December 2021 (“promotion period”) at Balenciaga boutiques in Singapore (“Participating Partner(s)”):
   • Marina Bay Sands: 2 Bayfront Avenue, #B1-31, Singapore 018972
   • Paragon: 290 Orchard Rd, #01-01, Singapore 238859
     
2. During the promotion period, Pay with Points redemption will be at a rate of 1,000 Membership Rewards points = S$6.00 credit (“Promotion”). Thereafter, the regular rate of 1,000 Membership Rewards points = S$4.80 credit will apply.
3. The minimum points per redemption is 1,000 Membership points at any one time.
4. Promotion is only valid for Card Members with an Eligible Card. (“Eligible Card” refers to a personal American Express Card issued in Singapore by American Express International Inc. that is enrolled in the Membership Rewards Programme, excluding American Express Corporate Cards and American Express Cards issued by DBS and UOB banks.)
5. To use Pay with Points redemption, Card Member can login to the Amex App or online account, select transaction made with participating partners, and provide consent to offset points for credits. 
6. The credit will appear as a transaction on your Account Statement as “MR Points for Credit” within 3 working days upon redemption.
7. Membership Rewards points redeemed through the Pay with Points feature will be awarded to you in the form of a credit to the Card Account to which the Eligible Purchase was originally charged, and that Card Account must be linked to the Membership Rewards account from which the Membership Rewards points are redeemed.
8. An Eligible Purchase is a purchase made using an Eligible Card accepted by a merchant or otherwise recognized by our systems as a charge to the Eligible Card. Please note that these products, services, merchants and categories are subject to change from time to time, without prior notice to you. Only items displayed on the Pay with Points page are Eligible Purchases. Non-purchase related charges such as service fees, late payment fees and interest rates are not considered Eligible Purchases.
9. Once purchase is confirmed, it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
10. Basic Card Account must be in good standing, not cancelled for any reasons and enrolled in the American Express Membership Rewards Program.
11. Promotion is not applicable in conjunction with other offers, promotions, loyalty programmes and discounts, unless otherwise stated.
12. American Express in its sole discretion reserves the right to alter, replace or terminate these promotions at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason(s).
13. In the event of any suspicion of illegal activities in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation fraud or an attempt at deception, American Express are entitled to disqualify the participation of Card Member and report such activity to the relevant authorities.
