Search, Filter, and Download Adjustments and Chargebacks

To initiate a search for specific Adjustments and/or Chargebacks, you can click on the "Adjustments Search" bar at the top of the Adjustments table.

Within the modal, you can search by typing in the Card Member number, Adjustment Number, amount min/max/type, date range and location(s).

You can also filter by payee or submitter location, view by merchant number or ID, or simply search for the merchant number yourself in the search bar.

For easier access, you can filter by date range or choose from a list of quick date ranges.

You can also download your Adjustments & Chargebacks by clicking on the "Download" button at the top right of the table.
