View Account Updates

Any updates that have been made to your Accounts are logged within the “View Account Updates” tab. This is useful information to have if you are waiting for a status update that requires approval. The details of each change attempt are logged in chronological order within the default table, starting with the most recent.

 

Within the table, you can find the:

  • Change attempt date
  • Merchant ID
  • Change Type
  • Change Activity
  • Status (success, failure, pending) of Activity

Clicking on the Change Attempt Date will show you additional details about the change request.
