It’s a payment solution with a virtual account number. It can be issued not only to individuals but also to departments or teams, enabling your company to run your business flexibly. Besides flexible name setting, you can also set spending limits and decide the suppliers (merchants) that CPC holders can use. Spending limits can be set by transactions, by CPC, as well as per supplier.
A Corporate Purchasing Card is a virtual account which can be assigned to a department within your company for use by multiple team members. You can also issue an account in a supplier’s name for use with a key supplier who has recurring invoicing requirements for ease of reconciliation.
Most companies use a Corporate Purchasing Card program to supplement their Corporate Card program.
