カード申込時のご本人確認書類の変更日の訂正および規約改訂のご案内

2月28日にご案内いたしました、関連法令に基づくご本人様確認に必要な書類の変更につきまして、変更日に誤りがございましたので以下のとおり訂正いたします。

 

誤）2020年4月1日審査分より、ご本人確認に必要な書類が1点から2点に変更

正）2020年4月1日カード発送分より、ご本人確認に必要な書類が1点から2点に変更

 

既にカード会員申込書をご提出いただいた場合でも、弊社からのカード発送が4月1日以降になった場合、変更後の条件が適用されるため、追加の公的証明書のご提出をお願いする場合がございます。

 

また、各種規約についても一部改訂させていただきます。変更点は以下のとおりです。

Notification: Correction of the start date for new identification document requirements and updated Terms and Conditions

Regarding the change of the required identification documents in accordance with the relevant laws we announced on February 28, we apologize that an incorrect start date for the changes was advised. Please find the correct start date below:

 

Incorrect: Two official identification documents are required from the decision date of 1st April, 2020

Correct: Two official identification documents are required from the Card shipping date of 1st April, 2020

 

Even if the Card application form is submitted in March, if the Card shipping date is after 1st April, the new identification document requirements will apply. As a matter of principle, if this situation was to occur, we would ask you to submit additional photocopies of the required official identification documents.

 

We are also making changes to the following Terms and Conditions, effective April 2, 2020. Please see the details of the changes below:

 

Global Corporate Payment Agreement [For Corporate Liability or Combined Liability]

-Wording corrections.

 

Corporate Card Terms and Conditions

-Description change in accordance with actual service/operations.

-Other wording corrections.
