法令改正に伴う各種健康保険証のお取り扱い方法変更について＜追記あり＞

※QRコード（二次元コード）のお取り扱いについて追記いたしました。
健康保険法等の一部を改正する法律に基づき、2020年10月1日以降、カードお申し込み時のご本人確認のための公的証明書として、各種健康保険証（但し、介護保険の被保険者証を除く）をご提出いただく場合、保険者番号、被保険者記号・番号および記載のある場合はQRコード（二次元コード）を油性マジック等の復元できない方法で黒く塗りつぶしてからご提出いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
万一、塗りつぶしのない状態でご提出された場合は、当社にて塗りつぶしをさせていただきます。

※Update regarding procedure change for QR codes
In accordance with the relevant laws, after October 1st, 2020, if you submit copies of Health Insurance ID documentation (excluding insurance cards for nursing-care insurance) for Card applications, please mask the Insurer number, insured person's code and number, and if applicable, the QR code with black permanent marker when you send the copies to American Express. If the document is submitted to us without these details being masked, we will do so on your behalf.
