コーポレート・カード会員申込書に記入漏れや提出書類の不足・不備等がある場合、2022年9月1日 よりオンラインで必要書類をご提出いただけるようになりました。
再提出のお願いのEメールをお受け取りの方は、Eメールに記載の専用URLにアクセスして認証を行った後、「本人確認書類等のアップロード手続き」ページで所定の書類をアップロードいただきますようお願い申し上げます。

Please be advised that as of September 1, 2022, if we receive Corporate Card Member Applications that are incomplete, such as not including the required supporting documents, Applicants can now complete the submission of these documents online. If you receive an email with a resubmission request, please access the Onetime URL in the email for authentication and submit the required document(s) via our Document Submission Center site.
