We will be revising our Terms and Conditions, Card Member Application Forms, and Corporate Account Agreement and Application Forms from March, 2025.
As of March, 2025, the following Terms and Conditions and related application forms will be revised. For applications after March, 2025, please be sure to use the latest Corporate Member Basic Application Form and Card Member Application Form.

Changes
- Added “Information on expiration date, nationality, region, period of stay, status of residence, etc. on identification documents" to Article 1 (Collection, retention, use, and provision of personal information) in "Important matters regarding the handling of personal information.“
- Deleted "Code number, etc." from the registration information column in the table of registration information and registration period in the <appendix>.
