We will be revising our Terms and Conditions and Corporate Account Agreement and Application Form from October 1, 2023.

1. As of October 1, 2023, the following Terms and Conditions and related application form will be revised. For applications after October 1, 2023, please be sure to use the latest Corporate Member Basic Application Form and Card Member Application Form. In line with this, we have revised the " Corporate Account Agreement and Application Form”. However, please note that there are no changes to the information required or submission method.
