Amex Offers is a program that helps you save money or earn Bonus Membership Reward points on shopping, dining and more.
You can choose offers from the choicest of brands and get discounts in the form of statement credits on your account or as Bonus MR points added to the rewards account associated with your Card account.
Eligible Cards may vary from one offer to another. To check the eligible cards for the offer, simply click the offer terms and conditions link/button located on the offer page.
Yes, the Amex Offers can be saved to all eligible cards as per offer applicability.
New offers are updated under the ‘Available’ tab on Amex Offers section on your American Express Online Account from time to time. American Express may also send emails advising of the same in some cases. To ensure you receive these emails, you may update your marketing preferences under Account Management tab.
Yes, you can use Amex Pay or Samsung Pay to pay provided the participating location accepts contactless payments. You still need to enroll your Card and pay using the same enrolled Card on your mobile wallet. But you cannot use Apple Pay and Android Pay to avail benefits for enrolled offers.
If you have an eligible Card and your account is in good standing, any Amex Offers available for your Card will display under the AMEX Offers section on your American Express Online Account. Also some Amex Offers are subject to an enrolment cap. When maximum enrollment is reached the offer will no longer be available for enrollment and would not be displayed.
1. Please Login to your online account.
2. Go to ‘Amex Offer’ section found at the bottom of Home tab section.
3. Go to “Available Offer” tab
4. Select the offer of your choice
5. Click on “Save to Card”
Amex Offer saved to your card would reflect under “Saved” Offers.
If you are issued a replacement Card with a new Card number, your participation in the previously saved offer may end and subject to offer availability, you will need to save the offer to your new Card. If you have already met the spend criteria, you will receive your statement credit or MR points in accordance with the Offer Terms and conditions.
If your Card Account is cancelled during the offer period, your participation in the offer will end and you may not receive the offer incentive, even if you have met all of the spending requirements.
Once you meet the spending requirement of the offer, statement credit or Membership Reward points should be credited to your account within 5 business days, however, this can take up to 90 days from the date the Amex Offer ends.
If Statement credit or bonus points do not appear within 5 days of meeting eligible spend criteria, please check that you have:
- Used the same American Express Card to spend that you saved the Amex Offer to.
- Met the purchase requirements (i.e. spent the required amount or number of purchases).
- Made your purchase(s) before the Amex Offer expired.
- Made the purchase(s) at an eligible location (online, in-store, participating location, etc.).
- Did not cancel your purchase, return purchased items or receive a refund for your purchase.
If you are eligible post doing the above-mentioned checks, please reach out to American Express to raise your concerns.
If you make a purchase that is cancelled or refunded, that purchase will no longer meet the spending requirement of the Amex Offer. If you have already redeemed the Amex Offer and received a credit or points from us, we may reverse the credit or points.
Unfortunately, no. To be eligible to receive the offer benefit, purchase must be made with the same card on which the offer was saved to.
Unfortunately, not. The purchase must be made post the enrollment to be eligible for the offer.
Unfortunately, no. The transactions processed through a third-party establishment or payment processor or with other third parties where the individual merchant details are not shared with American Express, will not be eligible and will not count towards your spending for the purposes of the offer.
Yes. Each Amex Offer is subject to an enrolment cap and you can enroll in an individual Amex Offer only once with eligible card. However, there is no restriction on the number of different Amex Offers you can enroll in. You can enroll in multiple Amex Offers to maximize statement credits and points at a range of different merchants.
