How can I dispute a charge?

You can dispute a charge by

A. Using your Online Account. Click here to log in to your Account and raise a dispute. 

OR

B. Calling Customer Care

Before you do so, you can check the below : 

•  It can be helpful to contact the merchant if you notice an incorrect charge; this is often the fastest way to resolve an issue. 
•  Please keep in mind, you cannot dispute a Pending Charge, so please raise a dispute or contact us when the transaction is posted to the account.
