I have an emergency and need to withdraw cash from my card domestically. Can you make an exception?

We apologize, but unfortunately in order to remain compliant, we’re unable to make an exception. You’re still able to use your Card at any vendor domestically that accepts American Express by using the Chip and PIN option. If you’re traveling internationally, you still have access to withdraw cash from your Card.
