How can I update my profile?

Here's how you can update your profile :

Update Email ID: You can update your email ID on file by logging in to your American Express Online Account. Click on Edit Email in the Account Management section. 

Update Address: For address change, please send a certified copy of any Officially Valid Document (OVD) to addresschange@aexp.com from your registered email Id.

Examples of an OVD include: i) Valid Passport ii) Voter's ID Card iii) Driving License iv) Aadhaar (First 8 digits should be masked) v) Job Card issued by NREGA vi) Letter issued by the National Population Register with current address.

Update Mobile Number: To update your mobile number, please call up Customer Care.
