- Priority Pass
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll as a Member of the Priority Pass program. These Terms and Conditions govern American Express® Gold Card Members' participation in and use of the Priority Pass™ program. Priority Pass™ is an independent airport lounge access program. You will receive two (2) visits to a Priority Pass™ lounge per year at no charge which you may use for yourself or a guest. Some lounges do not admit guests. By enrolling in Priority Pass™, you agree that you will be responsible for any additional visits beyond the two per year at no charge and that your Card will be automatically charged after the additional visits have been reported to Priority Pass™ by the participating lounge. Additionally, you acknowledge and agree that American Express will verify your Card account number and provide updated Card account information to Priority Pass™. Priority Pass™ will use this information to fulfill on the Priority Pass™ program and may use this information for marketing related to the program. Once enrolled, as long as your Gold Card account is not cancelled, you may access participating Priority Pass™ lounges by presenting your Priority Pass™ Card and airline boarding pass. In some lounges, Priority Pass™ member must be 21 years of age to enter without a parent or guardian. Priority Pass™ members must adhere to all house rules of participating lounges. Amenities may vary among airport lounge locations. Conference rooms, where available, may be reserved for a nominal fee. Priority Pass™ lounge partners and locations are subject to change. All Priority Pass™ members must adhere to the Priority Pass™ Conditions of Use, which will be sent to you with your membership package, and can be viewed at www.prioritypass.com. Upon receipt of your enrolment information, Priority Pass™ will send your Priority Pass™ Card and membership package which you should receive within 2-4 weeks. The Travel Inconvenience Insurance Plan provides benefits in the event of: Missed Departures and Missed Connections; delay, cancellation or overbooked flights; and Luggage Delay and Extended Luggage Delay when the Covered Trip is purchased and charged to your American Express International Dollar Card (IDC). The range of benefits could be from refreshments, restaurant meals to emergency purchasing of essential clothings.

In the event that your checked baggage is lost by a common carrier on an eligible trip, we will make every effort to track down your missing luggage and keep you posted on their progress. Should we not be able to recover your luggage, you are eligible to be reimbursed up to a maximum of US$1,200 per trip when the eligible trip is charged to your eligible card.

You can have access to coverage of up to US$250,000 in case of accidental death or dismemberment while traveling on a Common Carrier Conveyance (plane, train, ship or bus), when the entire fare has been charged to the American Express® Gold Card.

Car Rental Loss and Damage Insurance can provide coverage for theft of or damage to most rental vehicles when you use your eligible Card to reserve and pay for the entire eligible vehicle rental and decline the collision damage waiver (CDW) or similar option offered by the Commercial Car Rental Company.

Organizing your finances can be a time-consuming task. That’s why we provide a Year-End Summary of charges as one of the many features of managing your account online. You can analyze your annual expenses in pie or bar charts by categories like travel and restaurants. You can also download your information to print or save for a later date in PDF or Excel. With your charges itemized in one place, the Online Year-End Summary is a great tool you can rely on to help prepare your taxes and manage your spending.
Express Cash2
Express Cash is a service for American Express Members, that allows you to use your Charge Card to withdraw cash from your designated bank account in more than 500,000 participating ATM locations worldwide in an easy and secure way. During your travels, Express Cash gives you access to up to US$10,000 cash every 30 days. To enroll, call 1-800-CASH-NOW (only available from the U.S) and start enjoying this complementary benefit. Upon enrollment, we will send you a Personal Identification Number (PIN). You may change your PIN at any time. You must use your PIN along with your Card when withdrawing cash from an ATM.
Safekey Authentication
Shopping online is convenient and safe when you have American Express SafeKey®, an extra layer of protection. For your convenience, you're automatically enrolled in SafeKey and don't need to take any additional steps other than making sure that your email address is up to date.

Spend and relax anywhere in the world. If a fraudulent transaction appears on your statement, it's our job to help set it right. Our relationships with merchants all over the world help us protect your transactions. Our systems screen Cardmember transactions, to look for uncharacteristic transactions or unusually high charges that we suspect may be fraudulent.
Because your peace-of-mind comes first, in the event of theft or loss of your Card, our Card RepIacement and Protection service will usually repIace it.

1. ONLINE SERVICES
To pay your bill on the Internet, you must have an eligible bank account in US dollars at a financial institution in the United States of America. See your Cardmember agreement for more information.
2. EXPRESS CASH
Enrollment in Express Cash is required. When you withdraw cash at an ATM, your bank account will be debited the amount of the withdrawal (inclusive of any ATM operator or network fees) plus a fee of 3% of the total amount of your transaction or US$5, whichever is greater. There may be a delay between the date of your cash withdrawal and the date that the total amount of your transaction, including applicable fees, is debited from your designated bank account. Please ensure that your designated bank account has sufficient funds to cover the amount of your transaction, including applicable fees. If a transaction is not honored by your bank for any reason, we will charge the amount of the transaction, including applicable fees, as well as an additional fee of US$38, to your Card account. American Express will impose limits on the amount of each cash withdrawal. Your bank or the ATM owner may also charge additional fees, including ATM and overdraft fees, and may impose its own limits on the amount of each cash withdrawal. By using Express Cash, you are indicating your acceptance of the terms of the Electronic Fund Transfer agreement, which is provided to you when you receive your Card. You will be provided with an additional copy if you enroll in Express Cash, and otherwise upon request. For additional information about this feature, please call 1-800-CASH-NOW.
3. ADDITIONAL CARDS
The annual fee for up to 5 Additional Cards is US$65. The annual fee for 6 or more Additional Cards is US$65 for each Card. At your request we may issue Cards to additional Card Members. They do not have accounts with us, but they can use your Account subject to the terms of this Agreement. We may report additional Card Member’s use of your Account to credit reporting agencies. You are responsible for all use of your Accountby additional Card Members and anyone they allow to use your Account. You must pay for all charges they make. You authorize us to give additional Card Members information about your Account and to discuss it with them. If you want to cancel an additional Card member’s right to use yourAccount (and cancel their Card) you must tell us.
- ADDITIONAL CARDS:
