Eligibility
The Insured must be:
• American Express Cardmember
• Aged between 18 and 70
• Residing in Hong Kong with a valid Hong Kong Identity Card
Important Notes
Upon Zurich Insurance Company Ltd (“Zurich”)’s consent, American Express Golfer Insurance Plan which underwritten by Zurich will be automatically renewed. Nevertheless, it’s subject to Zurich’s review from time to time and successful receipt of premium from American Express Cardmembers.
