Thank you for choosing the American Express® Corporate Card. The Membership Rewards® program¹ gives Cardmembers the opportunity to earn points that are redeemable for air travel and hotel stays, as well as for shopping, home and recreational items. Cardmembers enjoy up to 2 Membership Rewards®1 points with every HK$1 corporate expense at selected airlines, everyday merchants and foreign currencies2. For added convenience, individuals can manage their Membership Rewards account online.
With so many ways to earn points, it is even more rewarding for Cardmembers to use the Card for all their business expenses. In addition:
- Membership Rewards points won't expire as long as your Account is current*
- Membership Rewards points earned may be redeemed to pay for the annual Membership Rewards program fee
- There is no limit to the number of points you can earn*.

For American Express Corporate Cardmembers, there are 2 options for Membership Rewards to select from: Membership Rewards Frequent Flyer option and Membership Rewards Non Frequent Flyer option.
The annual membership fee for Membership Rewards Frequent Flyer option is HK$400, or 12,000 Membership Rewards points; and for Membership Rewards Non Frequent Flyer option, the annual fee is HK$120 or 3,600 Membership Rewards. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for more details.

Terms and Conditions
1. Before using your Card or enrolling in Membership Rewards, please make contact with your company’s Corporate Card Program Administrator to find out about your Company’s Corporate Card program policies and procedures. Enrolment is not automatic and subject to company approval; an annual Membership Rewards fee applies. Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Membership Rewards program available here. There may be tax implications associated with your participation in the Membership Rewards program. You are advised to check with your accountant or tax advisor for further information.
2. Foreign currency spend except HKD and RMB.
3. There is no expiry date for points while participating in the Program, provided, however, American Express reserves the right to institute an expiry date for points whether points have been already accrued or accrued thereafter.

American Express offers Cardmembers secure and convenient services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, to manage their Corporate Card online, including:
Manage Your Card Account (MYCA)
A complimentary service that helps Cardmembers review and reconcile their expenses online, without having to wait for monthly Corporate Card statements. The MYCA service:
- Allows access to account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
- Tracks current charges and payments, and shows statements for the past 6 months
- Tracks unbilled balances and new charges
- Allows Cardmembers to review their Membership Rewards balance¹.
- Allows change of Cardmember mailing address.

Online Statements
Enrolment for Online Statements requires individual action by each of your Cardmembers and takes just a few minutes. To ensure your Cardmembers receive their monthly Corporate Card statements online, they need to enrol in Manage Your Card Account here and select the Apply Online Statement delivery option during regisation. Activation is immediate and your next statement will be available online.
Online Statements provide your Cardmembers with the ability to access statement and Account information from anywhere in the world, 24/7, via the internet. This brings greater convenience, speed and simplicity to their day-to-day expense management.
Membership Rewards
Cardmembers can do the following online:
- Review their Membership Rewards points balance
- Browse the Membership Rewards catalogue
- Transfer Membership Rewards points to one of the participating partner programs or redeem their favourite rewards.
Cardmembers can make purchases over the Internet secure in the knowledge that the American Express Corporate Card will guarantee protection against fraudulent transactions on your Card, provided you have taken responsible care and as long as we are notified immediately¹ after discovery of any fraudulent transactions, in compliance with Card Terms and Conditions.

1. Immediately means as soon as one is aware but no later than on or before the payment due date of the statement on which the fraudulent transaction appears.
For legal and medical emergencies while travelling, Cardmembers can call the free Global Assist service that will connect them with an English-speaking lawyer or doctor. The service is available 24 hours a day virtually anywhere in the world, whenever Cardmembers travel more 200km from home, for up to 90 days.

Worldwide Customer Care™ Services
Cardmembers who book their travel through one of our American Express Travel Service or Representative Offices enjoy the support of our extensive American Express Worldwide Customer Card services in over 2,200 Travel Service locations in more than 140 counies and territories worldwide. Our friendly, highly ained staff will help with the following services:
- Reconfirmation of air-tickets
- Sight-seeing arrangements
- Hotel and car rental reservations
- Flight rescheduling.
Cardmembers enrolled in the Corporate Cash Service can use their Cards to access cash from ATMs worldwide, except those in Hong Kong. The cash withdrawal is billed to individual Corporate Card Accounts and appears as a charge on the next statement following the withdrawal. A transaction fee applies to each withdrawal (see below).Access to the Corporate Cash service is not automatic. Your Company needs to register for this service and Cardmembers must then enrol individually with American Express. In addition, proof of identity to comply with government requirements may be required.

Cardmembers will be informed via post when they have been enrolled the Corporate Cash service successfully and will be supplied with a PIN. To strengthen security controls on ATM services, as mandated by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), enhanced security measures will also be adopted for overseas ATM cash advance services. With effect from 15 October 2013, please note the Overseas Corporate Cash service capability will be pre-set as de-activated. If Cardmembers wish to continue to make cash withdrawals from outside of Hong Kong with the Card, they must activate the capability in advance and specify an expiration date for the activation period. They will also have the option to lower their cash withdrawal limit for the Card. To ensure that they are able to continue to make withdrawals overseas, they need to activate the Overseas Corporate Cash service via the channels below:

Note : 1. From 17 September 2013, the default maximum Corporate Cash withdrawal limit on the Card will be changed to HK$5,000 every 7 days. Please note that this limit includes your total overseas cash withdrawals.
The American Express Corporate Card program provides several travel-related insurance¹ benefits to Cardmembers for no additional charge.
Complimentary Business Travel Accident Insurance¹ providing accidental death and dismemberment insurance is automatically provided when common carrier tickets are charged to the Corporate Card. This provides your employees with peace of mind knowing that they are covered in the case of an accident for business trips from their departure, throughout their ip (up to 30 days) and until they return. Additionally they receive limited coverage for personal trips charged to the Corporate Card undertaken while on a wider business trip.
