Terms and Conditions:

1. The offer (as defined in clause 2 of this Terms and Conditions) is only applicable to existing Basic Cardmembers of American Express® Business Card, American Express® Gold Business Card, Hong Kong Dental Association American Express® Gold Business Card, American Express® Corporate Card, American Express® Gold Corporate Card, American Express® Cathay Pacific Corporate Card, American Express® Cathay Pacific Elite Corporate Card issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong only (“Card(s)”, and the holders of such Card(s), “Cardmember(s)”).
2. During promotion period, all eligible Cardmembers who subscribe for South China Morning Post (“SCMP”) 1-month-free-trial group digital subscription via SCMP's website (https://sc.mp/amexp2) and are new customers of SCMP will be entitled to 1-month free subscription (“Promotion Offer”).
3. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from now to 30 November 2022, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
4. The Promotion Offer is only valid for Cardmembers who subscribe for SCMP 1-month-free-trial group digital subscription for the first time across all available markets. It is not applicable to individual subscription, subscription renewal or renewal of a cancelled subscription.
5. To enjoy the Promotion Offer, all payments must be settled with eligible Card(s) (as defined in clause 1) within the Promotion Period.
6. In order to activate and redeem the Promotion Offer, Cardmembers must enter their business contact details including business email addresses on SCMP’s website (https://sc.mp/amexp2) and SCMP customer service team will then contact Cardmembers to activate the Promotion Offer.
7. The Promotion Offer is for commercial users only and cannot be exchanged for cash, other services, products or discounts and is non-refundable.
8. The Promotion Offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotional offers, vouchers or privileges.

12. Personal data may be collected by SCMP and the use of such personal data shall be subject to the personal information collection statement of SCMP. 
13. SCMP reserves the right to alter, extend, or terminate the Promotion Offer and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
14. SCMP is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfilment of the Promotion Offer in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express International, Inc. or any of its affiliates (“American Express”) is not the provider of any of these products and/or services that are made available pursuant to the Promotion Offer and makes no representation or warranty in relation to such products and/or services.
15. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered by the eligible Cardmembers (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), as a result of taking or using the Promotion Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. Should any dispute arise, the decision of SCMP and American Express shall be final.
17. In case of inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
