Peninsula Merchandising Limited Terms and Conditions

1. The following Offers (“Offers”) are valid from January 3, 2023 to February 5, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

2. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express®  Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.
   
3. Hamper orders should be placed at least three working days prior to delivery. We respectfully advise you that if certain products are unavailable at time of order, products of the same value will be substituted without prior notice. Orders are subject to availability. 
   
4. This Offer is valid at The Peninsula Boutique & Café at The Peninsula Hong Kong and at The Peninsula Boutique (https://www.peninsulaboutique.com/hk/en/festive-delights.html) website. Eligible Cardmembers must enter the promotion code "CNYAMEX" at the payment page to enjoy the Offer. Limited quantities are available, while stocks last. Out-of-stock merchandise will be substituted by similar items of the same value without prior notice.    
   
5. Orders placed online are processed daily from Monday to Friday with an order confirmation sent within 24 hours.  For details of delivery service, please with The Peninsula Boutique & Café at 2696 6969. 
6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.  
7. Merchandise is non-refundable and is not for re-sale or other commercial purposes.   
8. If the order is placed on a weekend or national holiday, it will be processed the following business day, delivery arrangement will be arranged within 3 days.   
9. Delivery hours are between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Please send an email to enquiry.pml@peninsula.com if you need to request a particular delivery time, Peninsula Merchandising Limited will try our best to accommodate your request.   
10. Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect. In this event, we will contact you by phone or e-mail the following business day to arrange an alternative delivery time.

12. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business. It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, you must declare that you are 18 years old or above. You must ensure that no other person except yourself shall use your login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present upon delivery. Otherwise, the delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time to be agreed between you and us. We reserve the right to levy an additional delivery charge if further delivery attempts are made.   
13. Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.  Orders must be placed at least one day before the pickup date. Offers are available while stocks last.
14. Peninsula Merchandising Limited solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.  
15. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  
16. American Express and Peninsula Merchandising Limited reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.  
17. In case of any enquiry related to this promotion, please call the 24-hour enquiry hotline shown at the back of your Card or our customer service hotline at 2277 1010.  
18. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Peninsula Merchandising Limited shall be final.  
19. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.  Redemption of purchased products is only available at Level L on the selected date from 11:00AM to 8:00PM daily (“Collection Period”). E-vouchers or printed vouchers with receipts must be presented to receive your products. No delivery service will be available.
