Terms and Conditions:

1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from February 1, 2022 to July 31, 2022, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
2. During promotion period, Basic Cardmembers can enjoy 1) 20% savings from minimum charge for meetings and events booking on Monday to Thursday, 2)10% savings from minimum charge on Friday to Sunday in The Murray and 3) free flow of alcoholic beverage package for extra 1 hour upon patronage of any alcoholic beverage package.
3. The Offer is applicable to the Basic Cardmembers of American Express® Business Card, American Express® Gold Business Card, American Express Corporate Card, American Express Gold Corporate Card, American Express® Cathay Pacific Corporate Card, American Express® Cathay Pacific Elite Corporate Card issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) in Hong Kong (“Eligible Cards” and accordingly the “Eligible Cardmembers”).
4. To enjoy the Offer, Eligible Cardmembers must settle the full payment with a valid Eligible Cards within the Promotion Period Eligible Cardmember may not be entitled to the extra hour free flow offer if Cardmember’s package does not have the free flow alcoholic beverage package.
5. Offer is applicable to all tailor-made package for corporate events and meetings offered by The Murray, subject to a minimum spend as determined by The Murray.  
6. Prices vary depending on package agreed by the Eligible Cardmembers and The Murray.  
7. Advance reservation is required. Cardmembers must mention this offer at the time of booking. For reservations, please call +852 3141 8668 or email events.themurray@niccolohotels.com. Any reservation made before or after the promotion period is not qualified for the offer.
8. 10% service charge applies based on original price.
9. The offer is subject to availability.
10. The following blackout dates shall applies to the Offer:  February 1-3 & 14, April 15-18, May 8, June 19 2022.
11. No limitation on the number of redemption times. 
12. Alcohol drinks are available to adults aged 18 or above only.
13. Maximum number of persons allowed to be seated together at one table is subject to regulations imposed by the HKSAR Government during the Promotion

15. Cancellation is subjected to hotel cancellation policy.
16. The offer is not applicable to outside catering service.
17. The offer cannot be redeemed for cash or other products and services and are non-refundable.
18. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discounts and vouchers.
19. The Murray is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the offer(s) offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
20. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
21. American Express and The Murray reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice.
22. In case of disputes, the decision of American Express and The Murray shall be final.
23. In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
