1. To enjoy the Offers, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account, Corporate Meeting Card or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offers.  
2. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons.  
3. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services.  
4. Alcohol drinks are available to adults aged 18 or above only.  
5. Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.  
6. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
7. American Express and Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.

9. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong shall be final.  
10. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. 
    
     

The following Offers (“Offers”) are valid from December 8, 2022 to January 18, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 

Offer 1: Enjoy 10% savings on food (excluding beverage and alcoholic consumptions) at The Mandarin Grill + Bar, The Aubrey, Man Wah, The Chinnery, Clipper Lounge and Café Causette (2-12 persons, Monday to Sunday).

3. Advanced reservation is required. Please call Restaurant Reservation Centre at +852 2825 4000 or email mohkg-restaurants@mohg.com, Reservation is subject to seat availability.  Eligible Cardmembers (as defined in Clause 1 of the General Terms and Conditions) are required to mention the use of Offer 1 at the time of reservation.  
4. Offer 1 can only be used once for one table on each occasion, with a minimum of 2 diners to a maximum of 12 diners per booking (including Eligible Cardmembers, aged 3 and above would be considered as 1 person). Special table management, splitting of table or bill is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the Offer.  
5. Offer 1 is applicable to dine-in à la carte food consumption only, excluding all beverage, bottled wine and spirit, festive products, seasonal menus or promotional menus, charge for tea condiments, pre-meal snacks, “Other Charges” on à la carte menu, discounted food or beverage items, corkage fee, cake-cutting fee, private or corporate functions, private rooms, banquets, deliveries and takeaways.  
6. Offer 1 is not applicable to the 10% service charge. 
    

Offer 2: Enjoy 15% savings on food and beverage at Captain’s Bar (2-6 persons, Monday to Saturday).

3. There is no reservation for Captain’s Bar.  All seats are available on a first come first serve basis. Eligible Cardmembers (as defined in Clause 1 of the General Terms and Conditions) are required to mention the use of Offer 2 at the time of arrival or payment.  
4. Offer 2 is only applicable from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holiday). 
5. Offer 2 can only be used once for one table on each occasion, with a minimum of 2 diners to a maximum of 6 diners per booking (aged 6-17 are allowed before 7pm, only aged 18 or above are allowed after 7pm. Eligible Cardmembers and aged 6 or above would be considered as 1 person). Special table management, splitting of table or bill is not allowed for the purpose of enjoying the Offer. 
6. Offer 2 is applicable to dine-in à la carte food and beverage consumption only.  
7. Offer 2 is not applicable to the 10% service charge.  
    

Offer 3: Enjoy 15% savings on food (excluding beverage and alcoholic consumptions) for weekend lunch at The Mandarin Grill + Bar and The Aubrey (2-12 persons, Saturday & Sunday only)
