1.      The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from January 1 to December 31, 2024, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”)..

2.      To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express Business Card, American Express Gold Business Card, Hong Kong Dental Association American Express Gold Business Card, American Express Corporate Card, American Express Gold Corporate Card, American Express Elite Corporate Card and American Express Classic Corporate Card issued by American Express International, Inc. ("American Express") in Hong Kong only (“Eligible Card(s)”) and the holders of such Card(s), "Eligible Cardmember(s)") within the Promotion Period.

3.       “Eligible Cardmembers” means the Basic and Supplementary Cardmembers.

4.       The Offer is valid at the iStock website (https://www.istockphoto.com). Eligible Cardmembers must enter the promotion code “AMEX20” at the payment page in order to enjoy the Offer. 

5.      The Offer is only applicable to new customers of iStock.

6.      The promotion code can only be used once per Cardmember and per iStock account.

7.      The promotion code for subscriptions is only applicable to the initial purchase and not valid on renewals.

8.      This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts and/or promotions.

9.      The Offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. 

10.    iStock is solely responsible for all services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 

11.     American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 

12.    American Express and iStock reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice. 

13.   iStock may also refuse to verify and process any transaction we deem, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these terms and conditions, or that we believe may impose potential liability to iStock or Getty Images, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents.

14.    In case of any enquiry related to this promotion, please call the 24-hour enquiry hotline shown at the back of your Card. 

15.   In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and iStock shall be final. 

16.   In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
