Terms and Conditions:

1. The Offers is only applicable to existing Basic Cardmembers of American Express® Business Card, American Express® Gold Business Card, Hong Kong Dental Association American Express® Gold Business Card issued by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) ("Eligible Card"), in Hong Kong (“Cardmember(s)”). 
2. During promotion period, get HK$100 in statement credit when spending HK$1,000 or more in one transaction on any items at HKTVmall online shop (www.hktvmall.com) and HKTVmall mobile application with an Eligible Card(“Offer”).
3. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is valid from December 13, 2021 to April 30, 2022, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").
4. Each Eligible Card is entitled to the Offer once during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, each Basic Card account and any related Supplementary Card accounts will be considered as one Eligible Card account.
5. To enjoy the offer, all payments must be directly settled in full with eligible Card(s) within the designated Promotion Period. Payments via PayPal is not applicable.
6. Only transactions conducted in Hong Kong Dollars will be eligible for the Offer.
7. Any transactions conducted before or after the promotion period is not qualified for the Offer.
8. The Offer will be credited to the Basic Card account of such Eligible Card within 12 weeks after the Promotion Period (“Redemption Period”).
9. Offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and are non-refundable.
10. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, offers and vouchers.
11. Eligible Transactions which are subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed or unposted will be disqualified for the purpose of this program. The Offer will be clawed back from the concerned Eligible Card account without prior notice if the Offer are awarded.
12. To enjoy the Offer, the Eligible Card account must be valid and in good standing throughout the Promotion Period and Redemption Period. Otherwise, American Express reserves the right to cancel the Offers without any prior notice.
13. All receipts of Eligible Transaction should be shown for supporting when necessary.
14. American Express and Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Limited ("HKTVmall") reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15. HKTVmall is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
16. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited
    to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
17. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express shall be final.
18. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
