1. The following Offer (“Offer”) is valid from December 12, 2022 to January 19, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”) and collection period is from January 9 to January 19, 2023, both dates inclusive (“Collection Period”).

2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account, Corporate Meeting Card  or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer.  
3. For pudding orders, please call The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel at +852 2166 7488, email fop.jadehk@fullertonhotels.com, visitthe hotel online store https://hkshop.fullertonhotels.com/web/index.aspx (Enter discount code: AMEX) or visit JADE in person during the promotion periods.  
4. After the order is successfully placed at JADE, Eligible Cardmembers will receive the printed vouchers with receipts for redemption during the designated collection period. For order that is placed via the hotel online store, email and phone call , Eligible Cardmember will receive an email from the hotel with a QR code. Please present the valid email with QR code for redemption.  
5. Redemption of purchased products is only available at JADE, 2/F, The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong during the collection period from 12:00NN to 9:30PM daily. Printed voucher(s) or the email from the hotel with QR code must be presented to receive your products. No delivery service will be available. The voucher(s) and QR code will be invalid after the designated collection period.  
6. Terms and conditions prescribed by The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotels apply, please refer to the printer vouchers or the confirmation email from the hotel for details.  
7. Valid pudding voucher(s) or email with the QR code must be presented upon redemption. Each valid voucher/QR code can be used once only. Printed vouchers will be collected by Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel after the redemption. All vouchers and QR codes will be invalid after the designed collection period.   
8. Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel and American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the vouchers or confirmation email. Missing vouchers/QR codes will not be re-issued.  
9. This Offer is subject to availability and on a first come first served basis. 
10. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, privileges or frequent flyer program. 
11. All payment is non-refundable. 
12. Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offer offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.  
13. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  
14. American Express and Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice.  
15. In case of any enquiry related to this promotion, please call the 24-hour enquiry hotline shown at the back of your Card or our customer service hotline at 2277 1010. 
16. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel shall be final.  
17. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
