General Terms and Conditions:

1. Below Offer 1 and Offer 2 (“Offers”) are valid within the Promotion Period mentioned in below (“Promotion Period”):
   Offer 1: American Express® Card Special Price on selected Cuisine Cuisine and Tsui Hang Village Chinese New Year Pudding is valid from November 27, 2021 to January 31, 2022, both dates inclusive.
   Offer 2: Up to HK$100 bonus statement credit for online purchase is valid from November 27, 2021 to December 21, 2021, both dates inclusive.
2. To enjoy the Offers, all payments must be settled in full with American Express Cards issued by American Express in Hong Kong (“Eligible Cards”, such holders, "Eligible Cardmembers") during the Promotion Period.
   Offer 1: Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account, American Express Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are NOT eligible to enjoy the Offer 1.Offer 2: Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account, Corporate Purchasing Card, American Express Corporate Card, American Express Gold Corporate Card, American Express® Cathay Pacific Corporate Card, American Express® Cathay Pacific Elite Corporate Card and American Express Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are NOT eligible to enjoy the Offer 2.
3. By spending with Eligible Cards defined in Clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions, Offer 1 can be used in conjunction with Offer 2.
4. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, unless otherwise specified.
5. Cuisine Cuisine and Tsui Hang Village are solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice offered to Cardmembers. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
6. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the products/services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7. American Express, Cuisine Cuisine and Tsui Hang Village reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice.
8. Should any dispute arise, the decision of American Express, Cuisine Cuisine and Tsui Hang Village shall be final.
9. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

1. For Offer 1, please visit designated website mira-eshop.com/en/AMEX to place your order online or purchase at the following restaurants during designated Promotion Period:
   - Cuisine Cuisine at The Mira
   - Tsui Hang Village at Mira Place, Tsimshatsui
   - Tsui Hang Village at New World Tower, Central
   - Tsui Hang Village at Lee Theatre, Causeway Bay
2. Vouchers sales period is valid until January 22, 2022 and existing stocks sales period is valid until January 31, 2022, while stocks last.
3. Vouchers redemption is only available from January 20 to 29, 2022 at Cuisine Cuisine ifc, Cuisine Cuisine the Mira and Tsui Hang Villages all 3 branches. Please refer to the back of voucher for details.
4. Valid Voucher(s) must be presented upon redemption. Each valid Voucher can be used once only. The used Voucher will be collected. All Vouchers will be invalid after the expiry date of the promotion.
5. Offers are limited and while stocks last. Terms and conditions prescribed by Cuisine Cuisine and Tsui Hang Village apply, please refer to the relevant vouches for details.
6. Cuisine Cuisine and Tsui Hang Village shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the vouchers. Missing vouchers will not be re-issued. 

Offer 2: Up to HK$100 bonus statement credit for online purchase – Terms and Conditions 

1. During the Promotion Period, Eligible Cardmembers can enjoy bonus statement credit mentioned in above table (“Offer”) when spending with Eligible Card at designated websites mira-eshop.com/en/AMEX (“Eligible Transaction”) and reaching the accumulated net spending amount.
2. Only transactions conducted in Hong Kong Dollars will be eligible for the Offer.
3. Any Eligible Transaction conducted before or after the Promotion Period is not qualified for the Offer.
4. Each Eligible Card account is entitled to the Offer once during the Promotion Period. For the avoidance of doubt, each Basic Card account and any related Supplementary Card accounts will be considered as one Eligible Card account.
5. Eligible Transactions which are subsequently cancelled, refunded, disputed or unposted will be disqualified for the purpose of this program. The Offer will be clawed back from the concerned Eligible Card account without prior notice if the Offer are awarded.
6. The Offer will be credited to the Basic Card account of such Eligible Card within 8 weeks after the Promotion Period (“Redemption Period”). To enjoy the Offer, the Eligible Card account must be valid and in good standing throughout the Promotion Period and Redemption Period. Otherwise, American Express reserves the right to cancel the Offers without any prior notice.
