Cordis – The Place Terms and Conditions

1. The following Offer is valid from December 1 to December 31, 2022, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”). 
   • Enjoy 15% savings on The Place’s lunch and dinner buffet for 2 guests or more
2. To enjoy the Offer, Cardmembers must settle the payment in full with American Express® Cards issued in Hong Kong by American Express International, Inc. (“American Express”) (“Eligible Card”, such holders, “Eligible Cardmembers”) within the Promotion Period. Payment made with the US Dollar Card, American Express Business Travel Account or Corporate Purchasing Card, and Cards bearing the American Express name, brand or logo issued by partners of American Express and all American Express Cards issued outside of Hong Kong are not eligible to enjoy the Offer. 
   
3. Blackout dates apply: December 26 and 31, 2022.

5. Reservations must be made at least one day in advance. All reservations must be pre-paid at e-shop platform (https://www.buys.hk/cordis-hotels/html/the-place-2022-amex-checkout-en.html) or pre-paid at restaurant one day before the buffet by settling the payment in full with Eligible Card (as defined in Clause 2 of the General Terms and Conditions).
6. For bookings on December 24 to 25, 2022, full pre-payment must be completed at e-shop platform (https://www.buys.hk/cordis-hotels/html/the-place-2022-amex-checkout-en.html) by settling the payment with Eligible Card on or before December 15, 2022. 
7. The child applies to children aged 12 and under. 
8. The Offer is not applicable to 10% service charge.
9.  Alcohol drinks are available to adults aged 18 or above only.
10. Restaurant’s opening hours may be adjusted due to regulations announced by the Hong Kong Government. For more details, please call the restaurant before making a reservation.
11. Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
12. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons. 
13. Offers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold or exchanged for any other products or services. 
14. Langham Hotels International Limited is solely responsible for all products, services, consultations and advice, and fulfillment of the Offers offered to Eligible Cardmembers in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. American Express is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same. 
15. American Express shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking or using any of the Offers, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 
16. American Express and Langham Hotels International Limited reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, suspend or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice.

18. In the event of any dispute arising from this promotion, the decision of American Express and Langham Hotels International Limited shall be final. 
19. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
